As an executive search and management consulting firm JR CAPE may collect, by means of correspondence or through this website, personal information on you.
Personally identifying information such as names, addresses, professional qualifications, employment history, and other personal data as stated in a resume is collected and treated highly confidentially and responsibly by JR CAPE by storing such identifying and background information in a secure database with access limited to JR CAPE and - if applicable - you. More sensitive personal information will not be collected and stored without your explicit prior consent.
When entering personally identifying information on our website or disclosing this information to us by correspondence you agree on the information being used by JR CAPE in the course of a confidential executive search or consulting project, where required. Your access to your personal information
It is your right to ask JR CAPE - in writing to our headquarters in Singapore - to access your personal information provided to us before. JR CAPE shall grant you access in a time frame not exceeding 2 weeks, after request of access. Your access might be denied in case your personal data has been deleted from our database.
If available JR CAPE provides access to your personal information through an online account secured by username and password. If you forget your username or password there will be secure assistance from our side to supply this information to your priorly used e-mail related to the online account.
